Dispatch: We dispatch orders within 3 days, with most orders dispatched the following day. Some items are made to order and so due to factors such as drying and curing, may take slightly longer, if this is the case we will let you know. Any items that are specifically made to order will be advertised as such on the product page.

Delivery: We use a combination of Royal Mail and courier service to offer you the fastest delivery option based on your order. Standard tracked delivery, usually within 2-3 days, is £3.99 regardless of how big or heavy your parcel is. Next day delivery is available for £5.99.

We also offer a Collect Order service, so if you live close enough to collect your order you can save on postage. Collection is free! Select this option at check out and then email us with your order number to arrange a convenient time to collect.

We take great care in packaging your order and want you to receive your products as beautiful as we make them. We use protective packaging and label all orders as Fragile. We photo all orders packed prior to sending them, however as we do not deliver ourselves, if you have any products delivered damaged please see our Returns and Refunds section about contacting us to rectify any issues.

Freebies will vary depending on stock, but every order will receive either a small freebie or a tester size product to enjoy.
