RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

We hope you have received your products in good order and are happy with them, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However if you have any problems or issues please email us at info@scent-sational-aromas.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

We take great care in packaging your order and want you to receive your products as beautiful as we make them. We use protective packaging and label all orders as Fragile. We photo all orders packed prior to sending them, however as we do not deliver ourselves, if you have any products delivered damaged please contact us to rectify any issues.

Returns: If you have a return request please email us with the relevent info and your order number. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging still intact. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note you are responsible for all return costs unless your item is faulty or damaged. We strongly recommenend using a tracked return service.

Refunds: If you have a refund request please email us, with photo and your order number, within 48hrs of receiving your order.

Refunds will be issued for damaged or faulty products upon recipt of emailed photos.. We only issue refunds for damaged or faulty products, Please note we do not accept refunds on cusom made products (unless faulty), products you don't like the smell of (please see our fragrance description pages to help you decide which fragrance to order) opened, used , or partially used products (unless faulty).

If you have a compaint of any nature, please email us and we will do our best to resolve any issues, we value your custom and enjoyment of our products!
